Power in negotiations is huge and should be well understood and utilized, but IMO to ever actually tell a potential buyer to "get lost" is immature and has no place in business relations.

Very professional and he appears to be approachable.IMO, those that look like they are at the beach maybe with a thumbs up sign appear to me to be rather immature, acting clownish, not to be taken seriously, that's me.

I actually knew someone (indirectly) that used the 2nd to get some big boobies to please an immature male, yes.. maybe defensive, but real!

I do not wish to get into a discussion using uncivilized and immature language.

During Viet Nam, many in uniform looked to the draft dodgers as cowards, I really didn't and argued in their defense at times, to no avail, since they were acting in support of their convictions which were well founded in my opinion since we also have the right to disagree, even with authority as civilians.Saying that one has no obligation to contribute to society is rather niave and immature IMO.

I know it may sound immature, but to me, taking advantage of the system sounds worse.

It'll help train your mind how to think, and that's an invaluable fundamental life-long skill.And, instead of wasting your spare time outside fo that on the foolish pursuits common amongst immature people and minds, study for and take the RE license test. 

I know it sounds immature of me to not just pay the difference but the contractor refuses to give me a price difference.

Either way, immaturity, irresponsibility and unprofessionalism are not protected classes - yet ;)Personally, I wouldn't be so hesitant to consider female roommates but you gotta go with who you are comfortable with.
