This happened because this part of the site let me login with my Google account, whereas the store made me set up a manual account.Now the store doesn't recognize that I'm a Pro member and won't let me download the lease agreement package that I need for California without paying another $99.

So I think a download button let's throw a monkey wrench into the good that this site does for people.Just my 2 cents.Just wondering...would a downvote button also be sexist? 

Jake and Gino have one you can download from their site, but it wasn't like the pitch decks I've seen for non-real estate investments; it's a little cartoonish and didn't make me want to become an investor with them.

You can take photos with your iPhone (they won't be nearly as good as professional photos, 3D matterport tour, drone shot, sunset shot, layout drawings, etc.).

You can create an account and search the information for free but to download or print it you have to pay for it.

I had downloaded those broachers. 

You need to download your electricity usage by the hour by the day, overlay the solar production projection by the hour by the day, and truly see what can be offset.
