Political maneuvering/postering aside, I think city council is ultimately in favor of any affordable housing/homelessness solutions, so despite this initiative not making it on the ballot for this November, it's probably only a matter of time before Boulder raises the limit.

Homelessness I’m 22 and it’s hard

All you have to do is make a compelling point for them, and having a broken property that they don't want to fix can be a reasonable one.Anyway, allow me to give you a couple of points to think about.Downtown LA has been suffering because of the working-from-home shift and the effects of the homeless.

Crime and local policy is forcing people out of the area leaving only the bad things behind. people don't want to move to an area filled with crime, drugs, and homelessness.

If the crime is so bad and the homeless is out of control along with the chickens, why is the rent still so high?? 

This is 70s style urban blight brought on by an unaddressed homeless problem and lots of crime. 

looking to buy a home less than 600k in 2024 soon,and have future plans of renting it after couple of yearsWhich below areas are better in terms of appreciation for future selling or renting in 2 years?

I was told that homeless/squatters got access into the building somehow and they were seen by an agent who was touring property for their buyer.
