Now finally, I really don't like the judgemental stuff in your post with concern to the way your tenant dresses, the car she drives and the haircut her kids have.

I believe it was in Robt Allen's "Nothing Down" that when you see a potential deal you should not; go and ask a bunch of people's advice, get a haircut, THINK about it, pray about it or anything else, just go DO IT.

most people like helping others.i'd say, hit up a few businesses in area, chamber of commerce, etc...BEFORE you talk with a realtor.remember, asking a realtor if it's a good area to buy is like asking the barber if you need a haircut... 8)

One customer has to take turns with his wife getting a haircut.
