Dirty is grime and filth all over everything.

The police in most areas have much better things to do than kick in doors in rental units looking for a couple of grams of weed, but is it worth that risk?

If your looking for general rent appeal we've had the best successes filling vacancy in Pleasant Hill, Grimes, Waukee, and West Des Moines in that order. 

One of the tenants got the letter ("nasty gram", as we call them) and called to cuss me out and tell me that he was not going to pay and that he would sue us.  

High sheens show wall imperfections more but allow you to better wash off the grime, smoke smell, pet stuff, etc that may come!  

My guess is they provided their own bank account information, instead of your Grams, but then again, Gram doesn't own the house.
