My fuel oil is clocking $5.99/gallon which is up over 25% since last year.

I read the average person uses 17 gallons when taking a shower.    

Basic white in all of the rooms saves time and money, get the gallon from Home Depot.

For a duplex, you won't need more than 5 gallons a minute flow rate.

I've used gallons of the stuff myself from my dogs and cat's "problems", haha.

If I buy a gallon of milk at the corner store, that doesn't make me owner of a commercial property. 

And if you have to think about price when we're talking about $30 vs $40, then you really need to rethink your priorities (nothing personal :-)Yes Behr Marquee is up to $49 a gallon but you will never look back...you want a paint that will (usually) get one coat coverage. and will wear like iron.....

I have one oil company that’s charging $4.24/gallon of oil right now and my commercial oil rate is $3.16 right now in other towns which when you fill up a tank is the difference of about $150 per fill up.

It was another entire day wiping down with thinner and priming just the doors and drawer fronts . ( 40 all together )  This used an entire gallon of Zimmer primer , 2 coats .
