He's a good framer just doesn't know how to read plans very well.

We are in the process of building a new home in Mesa AZ outside of Phoenix and were wondering if anyone has a framer they use?

Yes, the framers will generally knock it off for you as they go up.

I am looking for the following if you could please send me contacts for: Wholesalers, property management, architects, engineers, framers, finishers, clean out crew/demo, insulators, conrete installers, window installers, tree removal. 

(new bathroom and kitchen) the only thing we'd possibly do is pull up the carpet and re finish the hardwood floors underneath.I have experience remodeling homes( I worked as a framer and helped my dad remodel homes as a teenager as well).the house is about 60-70 years old but in good condition.I plan on financing with a VA loan but might consider traditional if my father in law has his property sell and go in with him as a partner.My question is does this look like a good a good deal as a live in that we would be renting in about a year?

hire structural engineerhire framer or concrete specialist.most foundation companies don't actually have an engineer to look at your house, and they will misfire on the diagnosis.

Not to mention that the pipes run up the wall behind the sheetrock, this means that hopefully the framers, sheet rock guys, or cabinet guys have not shot a nail through your A/C pipe which will create a pin hole leak, again get your check book out because you will be paying to top it back off with freon a year from now, and  you still have not got the nail out that pipe.

If I new how to put pictures on the threads I would send you some of ours you would be astonished to see the resemblances  .I am currently building out in the Oregon wine country and we did use the attic space for bonus room.. by simply changing truss design.. we added 700 sq feet for about 11k.. added cost of truss's got the framer to just do time and materials building the stair and framing in the room..

Okay the Thursday updateOne framer in to visit, due to time, he will be back next week to measure the followingMaster Bathroom width, length and Ceiling height where we would like the ceiling to go to (it currently terminates about 7 ft up.
