I just got hit with a damn 4 star because “the neighbors were shooting off fireworks” Were you expecting the location to be OUTSIDE OF AMERICA?????

Well, I've got a guy that got evictions for fireworks off a deck and smoking (diff tenants) in the unit, so it is possible.Just not for no-pays.

@Jordan MoorheadI think those few dozen armed officers showed up across my fourplex due to “gunshots”, also known as kids with fireworks.

@Tyler D.If you are intending on using it as an Air B and B research the rules in specific counties and cities as some are actively making it difficult to use short term rentals.We’re looking at Rockaway Beach as a B and B friendly area to expand in with an Amazing 4th of July Fireworks party!

Liquor store, fire works,  Contractor building, etc.
