In my experience, only 1 bedroom window is required to measure 4 square feet to allow for a fully equipped fire fighter to enter.

The OP is from NJ which has none and my state of Texas has 1The difficulty to using the program is also compounded by the fact that the property must lie in your jurisdiction if your are an officer/fire fighter or within the school district if one is a teacher

In my city, Police officers, Fire fighters, Teachers, etc can buy a house for 50% off (first time home buyers), I think the reasoning behind it is, these people seem to bring neighborhoods up in aesthetics and value.
