If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

A bad PM will kill a good investment.

They are very expensive typists who will fill out forms for you and give you access to MLS.A bad broker will cost you 5-10% of price, a good broker will make a property cashflow. 

One thing I will say, and do with it what you will, if you are digging out of a bad financial position I'd suggest RE is not for you now. 

Insurance is still an annual dog fight via my broker.Read your policy very carefully, consider replacement costs will probably be higher than estimatesResiliency is a requirement here.As far as sell or not....it'll depend on your determination to be here.This ain't the burbs of the bay area.Prepping for heavy rain right now.

Michelle has been a member of MAREI for a couple of years and I have not really had any feedback good or bad, however, when one of our advertising members do bad things, I usually get a phone call or email about them. 

As you can see the pictures, the homes were in bad shape.

The couch is very bad, but fortunately many pillows and throws so we were able to make the comfort acceptable!
