I think Hatteras Island will be uninhabitable eventually and the mainland of OBX isn't going to fare well either.

There were a few who went to Arkansas and never looked back (topic was raised because a long time host at the station was moving there and doing a farewell broadcast) A few votes for Washington state as well.

There are the occasional business use, but mostly large family groups that come for weddings, baptisms, missionary farewells and returns, family reunions, etc.

I'm not sold on Princeton....in a neighborhood there last week and way too many rentals...and that particular neighborhood I don't think will fare well long term with too many rentals. 

These people will generally vote more towards the center and the TP candidates may not fare well in such an election.
