It is easy for written words to become offensive when there's no other context such as facial expressions or tone of voice that might make it obvious someone was joking.

They could go after you for damages--having to move because of the roach infested home, all of their moving costs, they having to fumigate their stuff, because otherwise they likely took some with them, their rashes and allergies, and so on.

Educating yourself before you make any rash investment decisions.

Grow a little bit of facial hair, put on a nice suit, leverage a team of older experienced people and stop cutting yourself short.

You can always spot weekend warriors who are telling tall tales about how much renovation they actually do by how much facial hair they have.

Two out of three ain't bad.I say keep your powder dry, stay alert, and don't make any hasty or rash decisions out of fear of an unknown future.Good luck, stay safe and healthy. 

People make rash decisions when gripped with fear, and allowing them to just bail out on their obligations isn't the answer here.  

My decision might come down to who is running the local branches or teams.I’m also looking to acquire a couple more properties right now so I’d love to get my license setup right away but of course I don’t want to make a rash decision.
