This normally would not be an issue but the cost of the water/sewer is extremely high in this area and specifically because the meter is a one inch, the costs are much higher than a normal 3/4 inch on a non-duplex.

The ONLY reason why it looks like SEO is competing for that minuscule amount is because SEO is the only strategy that GETS/TARGETS that minuscule amount (which is what you want).When you send out DMM cold calling and texting, you are targeting the entire population so you THINK you have a large audience, but no no NO!

We currently stay in Miami and prices here are very expensive i do want to stay in my backyard but prices are extreme  so i would love to explore some out of state markets ! 

Wholesaling works different in different cities, people will come on saying get quotes and all this but in Phoenix you have to move extremely quick if it's a good deal.
