@Chris Heinmiller you can export a list of recent (i.e. 18 months) land trades from Redfin, but you do have to separate the apples from the orange and the bananas, but in an area that is somewhat homogenous, you'll usually be able to see a trend, i.e. you might have two low ones at 20-30k per lot, and one or two high ones at 175k-200k/lot, but then you'll see six or seven trades in the 55-65k range, and then you've figured it out.

Exports download quickly and you can export MLS listing info (including agent contact info), tax info, foreclosure info, and mortgage info along with all the regular property info. - They have a ton of preset lead types including Absentee Owners, Free & Clear, Vacants, etc and MLS and Pending.- Lead stacking works well, and I like their Advanced Filters.

I do believe Redfin/Xomee you could export the data and kinda compare contrast and Realtor you could do same just maybe in a zip code, county wide data.

@Mike Barone I've been using batchleads for a little as well, but what I can't figure out is if there's a way to pull fresh property data, as opposed to having to use something like propstream to keep exporting/importing between systems.

Most of the highest quality west coast doug fir still goes to Japan and China then Korea.. ( that is privately owned ) Federal or state logs cannot be exported..

Reporting function is a little clunky, but I export to .csv to slice and dice anyway.
