Another user noted in a PM, some of the exposure numbers are incorrect in the case that a borrower has blanket loans (many of these upper tier borrowers do).

It offers a user-friendly interface, robust automation features, and solid reporting that many find invaluable.

I have searchd the forums but couldn't find much about Boostly.  They have nice looking direct booking sites, but I'm more curious about their digital marketing training and crm software included with their package.  ...

I use Rent Redi and it is good.I also use Excel, Zelle and Zillow which are all free or I already have them.

And not even posts where users give me and/or BiggerPockets negative feedback, no matter how much I do not like the posts, or how untruthful I personally feel them to be.

I have seen REI Hub recommended on here, but I am unsure of their ability to work with local banks, so if anyone has any experience they can speak of that would be greatly appreciated.
