Large and national players may treat you and your property as just a number. 

I will admit they are better than some other big players, but can certainly find better rates out there. 

But he told me his job was to make those who worked for him to enable them to move up the ladder and in my business he said my goal should be to help your clients become millionaires and they will drag you along with them. :)Thanks for sharing this success story, Jay.  

My plan is to diversify my syndications by finding similar players in other good locations.

No offense, but telling people "that's not a good way to do it" and nothing more seems like a little league coach who tells his players "you're doing it wrong" but then doesn't give instruction of how to do it better.

Perhaps a better vetting of the buyers on the BP side will enable better quality leads?
