Stores that have since moved-in to the space include Costco, HomeGoods, Petco, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field and Stream, Best Buy, and Ashley Furniture Home Store.Transit Oriented/Mix-Use Developments- Mobile Bay Bridge Project is said to begin in 2020, costing $2.1 billion and consisting of a six-lane cable stay bridge over the Mobile Bay connecting Mobile and Eastern Shore.

I'm trying to find something from them or anyone showing occupancy rates historically as I love seeing some of that data - as both a builder of str cabins in eastern tennessee and someone holding str cabins in eastern tennessee. :-) Any chance you have a link or two to the report? 

@Darrick Lowe, We just had a situation nearly identical to this-  Eastern PA.

I started looking at property areas long before selling and then went out more aggressively when the relinquished went under contract.The exchange company I used was @Dave Foster (The 1031x Investor and Exchange Resource Group) and the title company for both relinquished and replacement was @Tom Gimer of Eastern Title & Settlement.

And then as part of the land business, I saw an opportunity to go into new construction in eastern tennessee area with the vision of building some to sell and building some to hold - to where I could replace all the equity I gave up when I sold about half of my rentals here in Illinois.So now I'm sitting on a hefty pile of cash.

Not getting 30% to 35% discounts but I can get 20 to 25% on buildable lots in eastern tennessee so this definitely works a little for land.But again, it can't hurt to ask. 

What suburbs of dallas would you look into investing that has strong job grow, but prices are not super high.I would Recommend eastern suburbs such as Forney, Mesquite and  Fortworth suburbs such as Saginaw, Haslet, Crowley, Where the prices super low compared to Northern suburbs and rental demand is high in Blue collar neighborhoods.

thanks - the above average properties will be seen and snapped up ...if interested in buying another property - get  pre approved so you can be prepared  to make an offer if a good property becomes avaiable - good luck  That's exactly what we did with our lender, Cambridge Trust, which recently was bought out and is now Eastern Bank. 

Now if you're able to do new construction and pull out all your money except 5%, you can scale much faster.I'm building in eastern tennessee and recently got a GC license. 

Said differently, you won't need a special ADU permit to create an ADU.I'm interested in potentially purchasing a single-family home in eastern MA (Norfolk or Middlesex county), and doing this exactly.
