Late December rents are ~$250/night (weekend and weekday are virtually the same with New Years Eve being highest).The prices our PM sets results in very few vacancies. 

Has anyone on here eve hired an asset or portfolio manager to manage their real estate portfolio to have true passive income.

I actually had someone out there on New Year's Eve (day) to repair a hot tub heat pump.

@Skip Gilliam   please take no offense on this Christmas eve. .however to just buy a few SFR rentals is in no way going to get you anywhere near your goal.. now if your your goals is to keep your current Job.. ( which I highly recommend you do) then its fine experiment.And I don't know were Oakitie SC is but I can tell you Charleston is red hot ..
