I completed this a few months back but never got anything to prove it (other than the screen print showing filing successful) so I've been a bit worried by it.  

Since the DealCheck app makes nice reports, I would probably use it after the fact to check my numbers and print out reports if needed.

I usually print out the market rent provided by Zillow and a few other websites. 

I suspect very few if any read all the fine print when they invested.. :)

And, if you look in the fine print of your Solo 401k paperwork, you'll likely discover that their role is, technically, less than nominal.

Gross profit is interesting because it appears to just be the difference in his acquisition and sales price and fails to take into account the other obvious cost of running that business which includes, again according to him, the cost of over 26,000 letter print, mail, post, and the cost of the lists needed to create a mailer of that size. 

You should be printing money.  6 acre lot in the middle of town on the highway.
