To meet your demands I would have to find an ATM that dispenses $100 bills, or find an institution that will change my $20 bills into a crispy $100 bill.

If their deposit is $1000, offer them $2000 if they can get out in 30 days, $1000 if they get out in 60 days, and nothing other than their usual deposit dispensation if they take the full 90 days.  

I still never offer fridges with water dispensers or icemakers.  

Soda Machines, Laundry Soap Dispenser, Arcade Machine, Candy Machine!  

Thanks We do install soap dispensers and supply full bottles of condition, shampoo, and bodywash, but those are the only things for longer than our 1-3 night minimum stays

The cash flow is very high ($1070/month on $52,000 investment), deprecation is very fast even without accelerated depreciation, but there is no large upside on the backend of the investment because the asset is essentially plywood, a computer chip, and a cash dispenser.

Oh my goodness, there's a ton of wholesalers now and you can literally get a really nice double door with water dispenser fridge +stove+mircrowave+dishwasher stainless steel+ wahser and dryer in under 2k.

Another helpful detail to consider is not including ice cube or filtered water dispensers in your next model.

However, that can be cumbersome to deal with as they have to take care of everything for you - ie) checking the investment and dispensing funds.
