They have seen, and they know I am telling the truth...and 90% of them are not even in the note business, just real estate in general.Sorry that you are skeptical, but this business is a risk reward business, especially on the NPN side, and if you take a calculated risk based on significantly good due diligence, the reward DOES EXIST....I never said everyone can do it, but I have.I really am glad to show you, that way you won't need to feel like I don't deserve the benefit of the doubt.

He didn't deserve that and I do think people like that need second chances in life to get on his feet because if they don't ever get a chance to rent a place where are they supposed to live they can't just be homeless for the rest of their days.
