Are they still collecting rent and taking money that way, or are they billing you? 

It has a full studio casita out back that will be an LTR.I plan on buying 3 or 4 investment properties this year after I learn more on the co-living marketing and rent collection side of things.

I'm also working on a Google Data Analyst certification to bring in some extra income while I'm home with our 19-month-old daughter.I'm still pretty new to this, though, and I'm not sure where to start or if I'm on the right track.

It involves much more than collecting rent or throwing up a Craigslist ad every blue moon.

You should get more nights in the smaller property that can still easily accommodate a family traveling, but is still inexpensive enough to make sense to solo travelers.Cleaning fee impact: Don't you collect this back from your guests?
