Hi, BPers,I’m curious about how you handle weed smoking in your STRs.

You'll get smoked by trying to fight it out with the cash payer crowd.

It's not a smoke & mirrors concept.

The only difference is in way you pay it off, but in the end that has no impact on the amount of interest paid.I finally got around to watching that video and my takeaway is that it's mostly just smoke and mirrors.

If they say put up higher railings, additional smoke detectors, etc, complete it promptly and document it.I've been in the landlord business for 20 years, and I've always kept my properties to code and well maintained. 

They don't realize that a lot of what they see is all smoke and mirrors.  

And when something like this can enable the creation of things so obvious as bitconnect, its like in the 1950’s toy makers irradiated toys to make them glow in the dark and everyone was amazed... or asbestos, that was neat, huh?  

If it is a cold dark shell, we would do $60-65 psf. 

Clusters of dark blue areas (such as Queen Creek, Buckeye-Goodyear, area between Surprise and Anthem) may indicate the path of progress happened (or is still happening in these areas), and we might be able to assume the path of progress could continue in these directions.Do you find this kind of information helpful at all?

The dark gray flooring is out of favor (I personally like it).
