My feeling is, if I wanted a house that backed to a park that is what I bought, and if other people wanted a house on a road, they should buy one and not destroy the neighborhood to put in yet another “luxury” cookie cutter house.I feel the same way about homes that are perfectly wonderful and function beautifully with separate rooms that have tons of character.

In the cookie cutter markets (cheap markets with active sales and decent appreciation) you can get into a fixer upper for 60k - 90k. 

Yes they are practically giving away these cookie cutters new construction for low prices.

It is not as cookie cutter as 1-4 conventional and FHA rates.

because each time hit with realization of the BS, the whole game is rigged that it's not BS, it's just you havn't gotten to that other thing, that next level, that other access, and it keeps ya going layer after layer after fee after membership. 

If you purchased a cookie cutter cabin though, you're going to suffer more than most.

If you build a cookie cutter cabin you're in trouble.

If you don't have really good existing relationships with tradespeople that sounds difficult to me unless all of this work is cookie cutter like flooring. 2.

It looks like there are spacers available to ensure the tiles are placed correctly in relation to each other, and I'm not afraid of using a tile cutter for the edge pieces.
