Now if you paid an insane price or above market rents with an ultra low cap rate and used really low fixed debt for 10 years not hardly ever seen again then you better have some great rental increases and mortgage paydown to help offset.Multifamily lots of times the raisers projections are crap.

A host of answers here with a bunch of agents trying to defend having a listing agreement signed... they are all full of crap!

So far I have not had any struggles luckily but I'm sure they will come, likely it will be finding tenants that can actually pay what these homes are worth, I have been getting crap lowball leads through FF.

But in regards to your agents, you told me in the video that you know you go right up to the line on purpose and if you could you would just spam the crap out of everyone.
