Hi Ryan,I moved to Puerto Rico in 2020 and I am invested heavily in the market. 

I own a home which I’m currently living in and planning on making a long-term rental property as well once I move out.

The final straw was just last week when tenant randomly attacked my competency in my professional career.

All it takes is one competing rental with a unique design, and suddenly, you’re in a price war.

Then hire one that sounds competent and that you can get along with.

If you can find a competent and trustworthy contractor, you can make it work.

That being said, I had competing issues. 1) my wife and I are buying a new primary residence (much to my chagrin), and 2) in december, we bought a condo rental that is currently being renovated (a much lighter project) and that process is also a little stressful.   

So advice to get the house against him and he will move out on his own is HIGHLY unlikely.  

Did they say why they want to move in ASAP?
