Real estate isn't some kind of get-rich-quick scheme.

More like Ponzi schemes than viable investment companies.

Just wait til some of these billion dollar ponzi schemes brewing in crypto pop...should be very soon.

I know we all get caught up in the frenzy and the excitement of large deals and great cash flow, but there are no get rich-quick schemes in this game. 

I have referred to it as a digital pyramid scheme.

This yields the % up or down we are in the current Q relative to the last fully closed Q, so as the transactions roll in each day I get an idea of the current Q's direction.I'll always advocate for building your own tools so you can build them to suit whatever your development schemes require for the best experience, efficiency, and confidence.
