Star apparently no longer needs or wants his colossal Hidden Hills mansion (which weighs in with over 25,000 square feet of living space).

Cost of repairs sound like it will push the final price beyond what would be a good return for rental.Being as old as it is it could be a colossal money pit from the sounds of things.

  ;)  If a person is not going to college specifically to obtain a professional degree (lawyer, doctor, engineer), it can definitely be a colossal waste of money.  

It might have been good advice if I wasn't committed to learning and moving forward.Six years after my colossal mistake, I own 675 units with partners and have "retired" from my current business to pursue real estate full time.  

I just wanted to say I applaud you for taking on the colossal responsibility of raising your brother at such a young age!

It's about being sure that the buyer is willing to put their money where their mouth is and not wasting colossal amounts of my time - which as a self-employed person, is really the only asset I have to make a living.I think moving forward, I'll do one showing or maybe a few on the same day.
