I don’t want a roller coaster lead generation cycle.I also use a drip system and send the prospect multiple touches and if you’re farming by all means you will have to keep touching them to have the most effectiveness.By the way what does your postcard say?

I'm about 5 miles from Seaside, where the roller coaster still juts from the ocean (if you've seen it on the news).Many of the houses I'm receiving calls on have flood damage.

For your first deal, there is no way to avoid the emotion roller coaster ride you will be on, and your agent and loan officer know it better than you, and will use this to close you--regardless if whether this is a good investment or not.

I am going to see if I can find it, but I saw a video on YouTube that took home prices since 1890 until now adjusted them for inflation and plotted them into one of those Roller Coaster game makers.It has its usual ups and downs but then from 1999 to now it just went way up.

I really believe that while an agent should be very knowledgeable about the real estate market....you should also have a great connection with that person because its going to be a fun/scary/emotional/weird/crazy/hectic time and you want to be able to ride that roller coaster with someone you generally like and can stand putting up with numerous showings and phone calls and texts.
