While I’m not an expert on the legal aspects of posting here, I do have years of experience coaching students in real estate sales and investing.For anyone getting started in real estate, I always emphasize the importance of focusing on key steps before committing to a deal.

The second program was a women’s program and I was given the name of an advisor and then my personal mentor who would be coaching me weekly.

We also have capital raising coaching 5x per week, and MANY other benefits, all focused on raising more capital. 

Many of our closest colleagues are coaches in the Seller finance and Hard Money Lenders. 

I called a good friend of mine, Brian who played minor league baseball and coached at local schools and sports complexes.

It is our goal to provide all the tools, resources, education & coaching any individual needs to learn how to build a sustainable investment portfolio to achieve financial independence & generational wealth through real estate investing.It should be noted, that while the Academy is not a requirement to invest with RTR, the individuals that do join the Academy are much more successful long term since they have spent time to clearly develop their own individual investment strategy & plan!

There is no pitching of any programs, coaching, books, etc.

With investor's properties, depend on how risk averse they are, I fall under either just follow their criteria or maybe coach them my insight if I feel they are open to ideas.
