I have read a number of bp books and have built up a solid amount of business knowledge especially in marketing as I have helped with a number of marketing oriented projects at my church.

I bought a church (although it has 3 bedrooms and 2baths ) and looks like a single family home - no pray benches inside - was justused as a gathering .

Then she's like,"Oh, well, we were married in court, not a church,  I thought you asking if we were married in a church...we are married, they are married..." and then I'm like,"That's two families.

Church- who wants to buy a church? 

So, here at the 6 month check in, here are the things I've been doing since January 2024: *Anchored everything to my WHY, including the motivations and long-term strategy *Joined a local REI group hosted by my church*Researched tax lien investing in Harford County, MD and decided to not play in that space this year*Read a few REI books (Rich Dad Poor Dad, One Rental At A Time, Building Wealth One House at a Time, Wealth Without Cash, Building Real Estate Wealth in a Changing Market)*Subscribed to a bunch of good YouTube channels (BP, ORAAT, Ken McElroy, Coach Carson...)

Angel Fire has developed a decent infrastructure for living there - a few gas stations, a small grocery store, and a few restaurant offerings, a couple of churches, etc.
