Older buildings often have charm and character, but they may also come with maintenance challenges.

I love real estate.

That being said, NEVER carry a gun if you are not 100% capable physically and emotionally to deploy it if needed.I just feel that open carry brings poor connotations along with it (even from me an avid shooter and gun lover).

I love real estate I just don’t see how, outside of simply diversifying, that it’d be worth it.

There’s so much history in Cleveland and so many properties with character and charm.

East Point has affordable prices, Decatur has charming homes, College Park has redevelopment projects, Lithonia / Stonecrest has affordable homes, Mableton has a quiet suburban vibe.Good luck!
