@Steve Meyers I’ve been running this with some success with a local cincinnati agent on 2+ units and nationally with a commercial broker for shopping centers.

They are pure GARBGE. 3 months after they issued my premium I still get calls from their clowns to sign something and that insurance is not bound....I dont believe they are operating a insurance company, likely a scam artist to be honest  Sounds like this is an issue with their call center/in-house agency? 

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Many of the level 1 trauma centers will likely have a need for travel nurses, but the need for travel healthcare professionals in hospitals changes based on many factors: temporary shortage of staff in a particular unit, budget, patient census, conversion to per diem instead of travel contracts, etc.

We are in the beginning stages of OOS investing and trying to narrow down on a market.Thank you in advance!

. ;-) There is nothing false wiih what @Henry Clark said.Commercial real estate is broad - Office space, self-storage, Farm, Data centers, residential properties above 4 units, etcIt can be true that one part of commercial real estate is suffering while others is thriving.

It worked as a call center that would do the same as Turbo Tenant's but it was a lot more expensive.

@Nick WimmelYou can get decent cash flow and demand for rentals is likely to stay strong in the area given the proximity to major job centers in Cincinnati and Dayton
