So it would depend on your market: are there more people who make 120k a year who don't want to (or can't) buy a house or people who make $9/hr who can't buy a house.Another aspect is the ability to add value to an apartment complex from raising rent, adding coin-op laundry (debatable on the profitability), rental storage, soda/vending machines not to mention the natural appreciation.

It's a really good way for me to burn calories and keep lean (I typically don't eat anything while working on a property - maybe a small snack during the day - and so that helps also with being healthy).

If so there are Zero Down Veterans loans you can leverage if you think it is wise to do so.[6] Maybe you look into this and decide it's not for you, and you'd rather own a 7-11 and spend your time writing checks to the soda delivery company--because despite what anyone tells you--it IS work....

I later got a call from him and he told me there was a lot of trash (beer bottles and soda cans etc), he sent me pictures of all this.

Plus there are extra charges for sewer jets, machines, etc. my question is— how the heck did beer bottles, soda cans, and what looks like a piece of siding get into your sewer lines?!
