I think I just need to bite the bullet and have the conversation like you said.

You have to use your bullets even more wisely.

After sweating out the three days in Melbourne, Australia and doing the do we, don't we dance the entire way, we finally bit the bullet and took the plunge, along with probably 30 other people … almost 50K of hard earned cash went from our account to theirs and 3 months on, we have nothing but confusion and a horrible gut feeling to show for it.So far we have had one personal, one on one conference call, our second one has been cancelled and will now be a one way group conference where we can't ask anymore questions.

This has opened my eyes and helped me dodge a bullet.

And if that doesn't work, we start quoting the lease in a factual, bullet point kind of way with no drama or finger pointing and always ask them to stop in to talk about it.

Networking with other OOS investors and shared knowledge and experience.FS seemed to have all the answers so I bit the bullet and paid 15k to get it going. ( I know, but hindsight is 20/20).

AND I missed the tax appeals deadline for my county.This one hurts and I am definitely going to have to bite the bullet on this one.
