My experience was ok - one of the tenants was dealing drugs from the apartment.

I have a tenant who I believe to be on some type of heavy drug like herion, or meth ...I recently inspected the property it was full of garbage everywhere some hording, it's just trashed. 

It became everything from a drug den to sex trafficking to an illegal auto body shop.

They're like corner boys for the local drug boss.  

The only major use of bitcoin I know is to buy drugs.

Specifically, I am concerned that the relatively positive state of the current economy may be a lingering result of the stimulative drugs Uncle Sam slipped in our martini.

Most were in risky neighborhoods, but did offer security provided by the corner drug dealers.

NM is very spotty with crime and drugs so I'd be very careful there. 

Or most recently, when we bought into a 26-unit southside Chicago property that had false rent statements, squatters, and on-the-corner drug dealing happening.
