@Mark Costa I would focus on a B or C area not an area that has already blossomed.

It is quickly becoming a blossoming area for real estate investors.  

Although it may appear to be an easy task, there are some very minor details that can be overlooked or small errors that can easily blossom into big problems. 

@Vivian Pena Also consider neighborhoods that are in the “path of progress” — adjacencies to hot/trendy neighborhoods since the adjacent one is possibly the one that will blossom next.
