If you are listing it yourself with iPhone photos, that's not the best way.

Congrats to you on taking action... you're about to hit your 2 year anniversary and I'm guessing it feels like if flew by!

I’ve heard of other agents buying “pop by gifts” or gifts for previous clients on closing anniversary, birthdays, holidays, monthly, etc. 

It was long before iPhones were avilable so it was a long boring wait.

Willing to pay for functionality that let's me do this on my iPhone quickly and easily.  

For example, all I have to do is type “rental1” in my iPhone and it will replace it with that first reply.

Nowadays, at least with an iphone, you can put a note in the contact which will be pulled up when you search your list, e.g.

I have multiple sets of apartments and an I phone.
