When you put a house for rent, do you type the lease term and the application fee on the Ad? Or

I also have tenants in the area who I just adore and would do almost anything for. 

You can find a buyer, put them under contract, buy the property from ADOR and then sell it to your buyer.

I specifically put in my ads the info they need to text or email me directly, which tells me if they actually read the ad or are just pushing the respond button on every single ad within their desired area and price range.

(I'd adore the yellow listed above, for instance.)

If the A-frame is the nicest house in the neighborhood, and there are some not-so-nice houses around, guests will remember that and you could have a problem with repeat guests even if the A-Frame is adorable.
