.—(1) When any lands are sold for the nonpayment of taxes, or any tax certificate is issued thereon by a governmental unit or agency or pursuant to any tax lien foreclosure proceeding, the title to the lands shall continue to be subject to any easement:(a) For conservation purposes as provided in s. 704.06 or for telephone, telegraph, pipeline, power transmission, or other public service purpose.

Hey @Steven Barr, I suspect the various clerks were just being cranky and/or having a laugh at your expense.Every county in Georgia has a physical "newspaper of record" where foreclosure notices (AKA "Notices of Sale Under Power") are required to be listed.Fortunately, there's also a FREE website (https://www.georgiapublicnotice.com/) that aggregates data across multiple Georgia counties into a single, searchable database, bless their hearts!

In addition, the notice of foreclosure is to be published in the newspaper in the county in which the property is located once a week for four consecutive weeks.

Not sure if your inferring my 30+ yrs knowledge and experience isn't enough or just telegraphing your supreme deficiency in powers of assumption.

I just advertised in the newspaper and double ended everything I sold for those 10 years and I never sold another agents property either..

You can tell if it's a relatively real comp, or it's something they just kinda made up based on what the news paper says, just by how they fumble around to answer you.

Listings created by the owners who self-manage are likely to be less formulaic.With regards to opportunities specific to Houston, consider local for sale Facebook groups and classified ads from the local newspapers and websites (perhaps the Houston Chronicle and the Houston Press have relevant listings).

Bankrate wont do it best rate is always check local Credit Union, they are always the one that usually having crazy offering...chck your local newspaper, no nationwide lender can beat them.I only go to DSCR route when I exceed my DTI (which I already hit) lol
