In my opinion, i dont think the price can get lower than now which means that from here they will slightly start going up, I reckon it might be very slow, but unless you are in a hurry to sell, i think it can be a very good investment with the years; by now, apart from enjoying the great enviroment and food here, you can also rent it, in high season you can get really good money by renting to foreigners (especially English and Nordics) that follow the spanish sun even in winter!

We can see if there are synergies within our business.

I would not go to France or Italy to eat hamburgers, I would go to taste the best wines, Spanish Iberian serrano ham, the best French dishes, pastas and the best cheeses in the world.

So we have gifted nieces, nephews, family friend’s children money for their college fund, and some select charities.my son recently has talked about a few paths in a couple months: 1) green peace 2) continue formal education in Europe (he is fluent in German and has some Spanish but can pick up languages fast - he got this from my mom (skipped me)) 3) RE investor, but he does not have an understanding what it means to be an RE investor.
