Kind of like so many people of color and gay people until recently?

The idea that Landlords are racist, sexist, anti-gay, or whatever is a figment of a liberal's imagination.One thing is for sure: our society is slowly sliding down the path of socialist/communist ideology where hard work and success will be punished or stolen. 

If a person looks at the stuff you've been posting recently, they will see that a very high percentage of it was blatantly wrong, whether we're taking about gay marriage statistics or rental properties.

Also I am gay so a gay friendly area will be preferred as well (I am not looking to move into west hollywood though).

One a 22 year old woman, and a 18 year old gay man.The 18 year old man was 17 when the contract started, and his mother co-signed as a guardian.Both tenants are polite and up until now they seem to get on well.1 month into their contract you get a complaint from the 22 year old that the 18 year old's room smell of weed.

But ...A couple years ago when I was unreachable for 2.5 weeks, we had a gay tenant that was being harassed by neighboring homophobes.
