No, your nobody special and do not garner any "relationship building" or any of that jazz UNTIL or unless you make yourself special to them to garner a volume relationship. 

The fourth consideration for condo owners is special assessments, which re have been hit for, parking lot paving, new roof, and new siding. 

Large general purpose accounting platforms have the resources to work 1:1 with national (and some regional) banks to develop stable proprietary data feeds, but obviously lack the focus and incentive to customize their offerings to serve specialized audiences like rental property owners.

I've avoided being an agent bc I don't want to pay all the fees and sell houses to get paid, but that was before I knew an investor specialized brokerage like this was a thing.
