In South West Florida, there is the SWFL REIA which in my opinion is a really good group with people that give you access to a lot of valuable information and people you can partner up with.There's also the Collier and Lee County Round table which is a lot more informal and also smaller than the one mentioned above.

I grew up on the southwest side of Fort Wayne, which has been experiencing a lot of growth and development over the last 10+ years.

Here in the Southwest, agriculture and military are big, but there's a booming manufacturing sector too!

I had my sights set on south west nj, gloucester, Salem, Atlantic, Cumberland.

It is still considered in grad hospital Southwest Center city area.

The least active regions were the Southeast (28) and Southwest (26).The national Price Direction sub-index fell 10 points to 50 — right at the breakeven point.

I own 7 properties (8 doors) in southwest Pennsylvania free and clear. 

I'm on the west side of Elgin,IL and plan to make my first buy south or southwest of here.
