Homeowners ignore many issues they have out of ignorance and its their palace, its worth a million if its worth a dollar.

During the war, the Presidential Palace was used by the Allied forces as headquarters.

The unemployed weren't dropped from the counts in those times, now we seasonally adjust 'til the news is improved enough to keep the masses from the gates of the palaces (where unemployment isn't a problem - yet)...

You could also have the tenant from hell who causes you six months of lost rent and leaves the palace a total wreck.

The old-model of making the place a palace and selling for top dollar has been getting worse every month this year.

That makes my last rehab look like a palace.

We had leased and rehabbed an old salon called “The Hair Palace” and place that had once existed for decades with old ladies.

These people dont need a palace but still trying to keep it nice enough.
