I'll add that every successful real estate investor i know personally has a w2 job and none intend to get rid of it anytime soon.

BP does a great job getting rid of comments that are selling something.

I have supplemental insurance so I am of the mindset that they should get rid of this bogus insurance and lower my host fees..

I’m going to take a big hit getting rid of it but it’s been a complete disaster since I bought it in October of 2023.

Fortunately, I was thinning my herd back in I think 2014 or so by getting rid of a few (experimental) investments in cheaper neighborhoods.

These rules have increased risks by making it difficult to get rid of poor tenants that pay their rent.

He was told by an attoney that one of the only ways in good ole Cali to get rid of a person like this is to sell the house.

Eats up time and money getting rid of a bad tenant (not to mention possible property damage).
