It needs 50K in paint, central AC, pool drain, clean and possibly re surface.

I wrote another post about this whole experience in the DIY forums.We opted to resurface the counters with Countertop Epoxy Resin.

The roof is not leaking but the dishwasher overflowed on to the cabinets so there damaged and can't be resurfaced.  

do u know how much parking lot resurface will cost?  

Purchased this property on 9/21/21 and had the entire interior painted, granite counter tops in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms, resurfaced the hardwood floors that were being hidden under the carpet.

Have to resurface a pool and not sure whether to do plaster or fiberglass.

Cleaning up two units -- will resurface the parking lot and add landscaping to finish off outside.
