@Kevin Prince I looked into this a while back and found my local credit union provides the loan program. 

Since it’s in a specific area of the city, we are designing it in a U shape which goes well with other buildings in the neighborhood.  

They also had some in Jacksonville, Port Charlotte, and Ocala.

Hopefully it will be better when Prince William takes over for King Chuck. 

You can just buy the stuff on your own ours were stuck in Port Charlotte county in FL and doing everything myself through lienhub.com.....and i did my research online prior but found no warning if i had seen anything i would've stopped.
