Currently down to studs with plumbing going in.

I do not want to pay a plumber to do the plumbing for this work.  

I’d like more information on the DCSR lenders if anyone has specific recommendations.Also, if anyone needs advice or repairs/ replacement on plumbing feel free to send me a message!

Our plan was to rent it for 3-7 years, and then sell it, before a roof, HVAC, plumbing, or even much flooring was in need of replacement. 

-Structural (foundation, wall, ceiling and floor)-Roof and Exterior(Roof Condition,Gutters and Downspouts, Siding, Windows and Doors)-Plumbing (Water Pressure,Leaks, Drainage, Pipes)-Electrical (Wiring,Outlets and Switches,Breaker Panel, Lighting Fixtures)-HVAC(Air Ducts, heating and cooling)-Water and Moisture Issues(Attic, Mold and Mildew)-Kitchen and Appliances-Bathrooms-Pest and Insect Problems-Safety Features

It has some updates: windows, exterior paint, plumbing.

It is important to find something that was properly maintained, with modern plumbing, electrical and roofing. 

That said, you will find that many self-directed IRA custodians don't have the fully built pipes and plumbing to accommodate this.
