The interwebs will only give you part of the story in a world where Photoshop use and wide-angle real estate camera lenses are widespread.

It's a free program very similar to Photoshop but it doesn't have pre-made layouts like the other two I mentioned.- Placester: If you're a current member of the NAR, Placester offers a substantial discount  to any of its members.

However, an experienced photographer who is good with photoshop can produce a very similar shot.

I hope your previous applicants didn't use software like photoshop to make their credit report look more favorable :)

My brother used photoshop. 

The "Goo" then hardens and keeps the slab at height (for a while), because it's tree roots and soil conditions that make the cement move.Sometimes they drill hole to inject it, sometimes they come at it from the side.It's FAST..you can look it up on the web (see YouTube).For the Mockups I use GIMP....it's like Photoshop with less features, but enough to get the job done.There is a learning curve to it.

I find people value you more when you take interest in them and not just come off as somebody trying to "fake it to you make it"I mailed my first set of handwrittien letters last monday, next set of letters this monday....I'm up right now createing a few"bandit sign" type ads for craigslist using photoshop.

That's really the best way if you are trying to do this from long distance as we have learned people on craigslist, etc Photoshop their pics and you waste alot of time looking at properties you would have never considered.

this is a bit off topic, but there is this program called photoshop that's really cool.

I have some photoshop and a little web desiging skills so I'll be saving some money on that.
