All of my settings should be intact.From there I zoomed in to the level I found appropriate and began stitching it together in photoshop.

If you import a tiff file with your signature on a transparent background (use photoshop to make this) then you have a stamp for your signature (and you can make one for your initials as well).

I paint all my units white, photo company can change color of a wall with photoshop.

Incredibly rough edit, and I didn’t take the time to photoshop in flower baskets, but I think only having shutters on the left looks fine.

However I know a handful of people (including my self) who can also photoshop bank statements, w2's, and other "Reports" to sway a decision.It really does pay to do due diligence.

You should be consistent.I also find it odd to charge tenants for anything related to termites, but then again none of us have read your lease so perhaps there's some really unusual clause in there that allows you to do that.The best evidence in cases like this is usually before and after photos. 

So if they are photo shopping or cut and pasting then guess what, it's on you.Frank
